Wk 6 – Influencers Compared to Brand Ambassadors

Influencers Compared to Brand Ambassadors      Influencer marketing is a growing market, where businesses and even individuals use one person to connect with thousands of others. This is where marketing happens, because a product or a merchandise  is given to this individual who has connected with many others, in order to generate a sale. It can start from one sale to millions of sale without the need of old way marketing. There are many different types of influencers, we can almost compare it to having a career in the medical field, they all called doctors but they specialized in different things. This happens with the influencers, some work with products, others with services and much more, and the cost can be anywhere from hundreds to thousands for this marketing to happen. This is all based on the amount of followers they have.  For my business, I believe working with micro-influencers would be the most effective strategy. Because they have...

Wk 6 – My Instagram Page

My Instagram Page           I created my Instagram Business page as part of developing my brand presence on social media. I used the logo I designed earlier for the profile and also updated it on my facebook page. I also wrote the bio of my business page like on facebook different structure, but same message. To keep working on this page and make it visually appealing, I will use the same colors and style as I will be using on my Facebook page, so they can be almost identical. This will help new visitors understand my brand message and build trust with my followers.  The process of setting up the page was straightforward, although not as I used to remember, because I had a business page before, but completely deleted it. I think branding its very important because when people see my content across different platforms they will begin to connect more easily with me and again feel a connection and then build trust.

Week Five- Research and Post

Facebook Research      These businesses, I think they are mostly on personal branding; they are using it to share their lifestyle, products, and services. They also use Facebook to work with brands and to monetize by uploading content every day and multiple times a day.  I think they are doing great, they have from thousands to millions of followers, this makes me think they are doing it right, they have changed their lives and achieved goals by using their Facebook. It's of course personal preference, not all content, I can agree to some of it creates controversy, which is not quite inspirational for me.  I've been following this account, and they can post anything from 3 to 20 times a day, with a variety of stories, reels, posts of photos, or even going live. They are very active and stay on top of the stories list.  Most of them have a very clean cover photo, feel welcome to a family or to them, this creates trust in my point of view, and yes, they have ...

Week Five- FaceBook Page

FaceBook Page     Setting up this new Facebook page, yes, it was a little bit challenging. I remember I did this already, but it has been a few years, and now it looked different; it had fewer steps,I still had to follow the directions, and did as it said. No, I didn't have to set up a personal page; I just went on my personal profile and created a new page. I'm excited to learn more to use this page for my influencer business.

My Brand Logo

This is Farmasi brand logo. I used Canva AI to create this one, but it's only an idea; I haven't actually thought of a logo for my personal brand, which is my goal.

Wk3 - Defining a Target Market

The target market is the group or groups of people a business is focused on to offer its services or products. There can be a cost for marketing in order to reach these consumers, based on their age, gender, location, lifestyle, and shopping habits. I will be looking for the ideal customer to buy your product or service. Monat Global- https://monatglobal.com/      Monat primarily targets women in their 20s to late 40s, who are interested in clean beauty, women who are moms, young professionals, and people who look to make a side income from home.  They share a product education around the hair and skin line, with before and after results, and positive reviews on products. Week 2: Business & Consumers: Communication and Reviews

Communication with businesses      Communicating with businesses has change over the years. There are more options available now with social media. For example, if you start a business today, it is easy to reach hundreds or thousands of people in a short period of time. Social media helps to get noticed immediately by simply uploading a video of your business, like the grand opening or a new service offered. Instagram/Facebook/TikTok have an algorithm that, within hours it can show you to a large group of people that might be interested in your business or product/service. I called it the easiest way to get in front of many people and communicate, because you can get questions and responses within minutes.      Communication with businesses in the past definitely differed; there were fewer or no details regarding the type of business to be opened. To see anything regarding the business/ product or service, you had to physically visit the location, or get a ...
